Documentation & Administration

The HSE Administrator is an integral part of the HSE team providing assistance to the HSE function as a whole. Alcomy Inc. Safety will assist in your projects Health, Safety and Environment program in all clerical and administrative functions to support the organizational goals of your safety program.

Alcomy Inc. Safety can provide services such as, but not limited to:

Provide simple tools and training for document control
Create, maintain standard company documentation, design
Administrative assistance for all HSE activities
Attend and maintain meeting minutes and action logs
Participate in the preparation and distribution of all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
Maintain safety program database management
Ensure continuity, application and execution of your safety program
Create and/or maintain training records and personnel files
Provide HSE administrative training and support to project administrative personnel
